• Parcel Number Reading: Reads only parcel numbers and street addresses from publicly available Zillow property listings
• Manual Operation: Functions only when you actively click the "Read Parcel Number" button
• Market Analysis: Generates comprehensive real estate market analysis reports using the parcel information
• Professional Tools: Provides specialized tools for real estate analysis and comparison
• Secure Platform: Maintains your user account and analysis history through our web platform

Important: Our extension does not automatically read, collect, or store property prices, detailed property information, photos, or any personal data from Zillow. It only accesses parcel numbers and addresses when you explicitly request it.

3. Chrome Extension Specific Terms

3.1 Extension Functionality

• The extension only functions on Zillow.com property listing pages
• No automatic data reading - all actions require your explicit input
• Parcel information is temporarily cached for 5 minutes to improve performance
• Analysis results may be cached locally for up to 24 hours

3.2 User Data and Privacy

• Your user account information is stored securely to maintain login sessions
• Only parcel numbers and addresses are temporarily stored locally
• We do not track your browsing behavior or access data from other websites
• All data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service responsibly and lawfully. You must:

• Respect Zillow's Terms of Service and data access policies
